Through our 1:1 coaching services, the team at Red Lotus aims to offer spaces for deep listening, curiosity, and support for individuals committed to cultivated an intentional practice of racial justice within their work and personal environments. Each RLC Coach bring their own perspective to this work, alongside their personal commitments to dismantling white supremacy and a recognition that we each have our own work to do for the sake of our collective liberation.

My coaching intentions are to help support white people in deepening their understanding of their own stake in dismantling white supremacy and creating racially just communities. Through my coaching we will work together to:

Kaitlyn Hatch (Any pronoun)
My intention is to provide custom support for individuals who want to integrate an understanding of systemic oppression into both their personal and professional lives. My work is grounded in the understanding that we each have individual work to do alongside our collective commitment to racial justice and liberation. Which is to say, what one person does matters because we both inform and are informed by the society in which we live. I predominantly support other white people in this work, regardless of gender, disability, age, or sexual orientation. As a coach I offer:
